March 11th Meeting: Tandem G7 SW Upgrade and the Mobi Pump

Hello Fellow Pumpers!

Please join us for our Monday, March 11th, in-person/Zoom hybrid meeting.

In Person: Our meeting will be held at the Sharp Spectrum Building in Kearny Mesa at 8695 Spectrum Center Drive from 7-9 pm.

For this meeting only, we will meet in room 326 on the 3rd floor. The room seats 25 and will be open at 6:30 pm for visiting before the meeting. The main entrance is locked at 6 pm so security will buzz us in through the side door off the lobby and give us access to the elevator. .

Via Zoom: For those unable to attend in person, please join us via Zoom. The meeting link is posted below.

As always, significant others, any friends and family supporters are always welcome at the meeting.  Our meetings are held the 2nd Monday of every month.

THIS MONTH: Rebecca Ponchetti, Tandem Clinical Diabetes Specialist and Type 1, will speak to us about the G7 software upgrade and the Mobi. Rebecca will join us in person. Bring your questions!

LAST MONTH; Our open discussions included insurance companies limiting our Insulin options. Educate your doctors on why your preferred insulin is best for you and request a prior authorization for your preferred insulin. If you are on Medicare, you can still switch Advantage plans to access a preferred insulin through March.

TCOYD blog programs sign up on tcoyd.org to receive emails with the new blog topics each month.
