Hello Fellow Pumpers!
Join us for our Monday, July 8th meeting. You can attend either in-person or via Zoom. The newsletter is also posted on our blog sdinsulinpumpers.blogspot.com.
In person. We will hold the in-person meeting at the Sharp Spectrum Building in Kearny Mesa at 8695 Spectrum Center Drive from 7–9 pm. We will meet in the boardroom off the main lobby. The room will be open at 6:30 pm for visiting before the meeting. The main entrance is locked at 6 pm so security will buzz us in through the side door off the lobby.
Via Zoom. Please join us via Zoom if you can't attend in person. The meeting link is posted below.
As always, significant others, friends, and family supporters are welcome at the meeting.
Our meetings are held the 2nd Monday of every month.

LAST MONTH: Open Discussion topics included Glucagon kit preference which was a majority for the nasal spray. Tip for Afrezza users: put your pump in sleep mode when using or turn off Control IQ. When your phone is in airplane mode, put the t:connect app on the Bluetooth setting on your phone to continue receiving data. Log on to the source.tandem.diabetes.com for your t:connect data.

Supplies Donation Policy
We have implemented a Donation Policy due to the increase in supplies being brought to the meetings. Please email Margi at margit7@att.net with a list of the items you wish to share with the group. The list must be received before the 28th of the month so it can be included in the newsletter. Interested Pumpers can contact Margi to request supplies. Please include the brand, model information and expiration date. You can bring your items to the meeting or interested Pumpers can email me and I will pass their request on to you. Any supplies remaining at the end of the meeting must go home with you and can be included in the next month newsletter. See below for the items we have currently available.
